General Info

All videos must be submitted between 12pm PST on September 26, 2011- 8pm PST on November 27, 2011.

This Competition is based on Percentage of Bodyweight pulled.

Weight Classes:

Male <169lbs
Male 170lbs – 199lbs
Male 200lbs+
Female All Weights

Rules:

1. The Competition will be run from 12pm PST on September 26th, 2011 – November 27th, 2011 at 8pm PST.
2. All videos must be hosted by you tube and submitted to this thread http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=138411933, posted on the facebook fan page https://www.facebook.com/extremepullups, or submitted to admin@extremepullups.com
3. Every competitor can submit as many videos as they like within the dates of the contest. Only your best video will count and only 1 video per contestant on the leaderboard.
4. There are no ties the person who submits the video first, breaks the tie. All percentages are rounded down to a whole number.
5. Your weight Class is decided by your weight on the day of the Pull up.

Video and Pullup Requirements:

1. The video must have a decent picture and be of good quality.
2. It must show your weight with you standing on the scale. If weigh in and pull up are seperate then you must have the time/date in each.
3. It must show your username or name on a piece of paper, or something to identify yourself.
4. The video must show all the weight at the beginning of the video close up so as to identify what weight is being added. Factory markings on plates only.
5. The competitor must be in full view during the entire duration of the pullup.
6. The pullup must start from a deadhang position. You will attempt 1 Rep with your body weight plus added weight.
7. The body must be raised until the chin is over the bar. It must be performed on a straight bar that has no separation in the middle.
8. The grip is pronated (palms facing away from you) and width of hands is your choice
9. There will be no kipping or excessive leg movement, or the contestant will be disqualified.
10. Extreme Pullups Admin will approve videos at their discretion.
