This Competition is the most pull ups with a 45lb plate hanging from a belt.

Weight Classes:

Male <169lbs
Male 170lbs – 199lbs
Male 200lbs+
Female All Weights

Rules:

1. The Competition will be run from May 16th – June 19th at 8 pm PST.
2. All videos will be hosted by you tube and submitted to the Extreme Pull ups Facebook Event page
3. Every competitor can submit as many videos as they like within the dates of the contest.
4. Your weight Class is decided by your weight on the day of the Pullup.

Video and Pullup Requirements:

1. The video must have a decent picture and be of good quality.
2. It must show your weight with you standing on the scale.
3. It must show the time/date of the pull ups.
4. The video must show the plate at the beginning of the video close up so as to identify what weight it is.
5. The competitor must be in full view during the entire duration of the pull ups and the video must be filmed from the front of the contestant.
6. The pull ups must start from a deadhang position.
7. The body must be raised until the chin is over the bar.
8. The grip is pronated (palms facing away from you) and width of hands is your choice
9. There will be no kipping and all pull ups must be full range of motion.
10. Extreme Pullups Admin will approve videos at their discretion.
