Eligibility:

1. All participants must be a registered member of the Bodybuilding.com forums. To register go here Bodybuilding.com Forum.
2. All particpants must live in the United States. This is because of prize delivery. Exceptions will be granted on a case by case basis if you contact admin@extremepullups.com.
3. For the Military Service member prize, proof of service is required. This is open to all U.S Military service members only.

Male

<169.9lbs
170lbs – 199lbs
200lbs – 249lbs
250lbs+

Female

<124.9lbs
125lbs

Video Submission Requirements:

1. All videos must be hosted on youtube.
2. All videos must be posted in this Thread on the Bodybuiliding.com Forum: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=131051613
3. If your video is approved it will then be posted on the leader board on this page: http://www.extremepullups.com/competitionsevents/2011-max-reps-pull-up-competition/

Video and Pull up Requirements:

1. The video must have a decent picture and be of good quality.
2. It must show your Bodybuilding.com username and date/time on a piece of paper or something, to identify yourself.
3. It must show your weight with you standing on the scale.
4. The competitor must be in full view during the entire duration of the pull ups.
5. The pull ups must start from a deadhang position.
6. The body must be raised until the chin is over the bar and then lowered until the elbows are locked out.
7. The grip is pronated (palms facing away from you) and width of hands is shoulder width apart or wider.
8. There will be no kipping or any movement that allows you to gain momentum
9. Pull up reps will not be counted if there is excessive leg movement.
10. Only those reps meeting the requirements will be counted.
11. No gloves or straps of any kind are authorized.
12. Chalk and Liquid Grip are authorized.
13. At no time can you use anything but your hands to stay on the bar.
14. In case of a TIE. The video that was submitted first will win the tie breaker.

Extreme Pullups Admin (E_P_C on the Bodybuilding.com Forum) will approve videos at their discretion. You can appeal the decision but it does not mean the ruling will be changed.

These rules are subject to change and in any case not defined in this section the Extreme Pullups Admin will have the final ruling.
