Pull up competition nykwan completed a max set of 30 pull ups.

E_P_C

E_P_C joined the 30+ Crew with a max set of 30 Pull ups during his
final video for the Misc Pull up Competition. E_P_C is
also in the 300lbs+ Crew.

TheDarkOne

TheDarkOne is the second member of the Crew that is part of two categories:
the 300lbs+ Crew and now the 30+ Crew as shown here in this video.

ExtremistPullup

ExtremistPullup is now part of this 2nd Crew category after reaching 30 reps while
training for the 2011 Max Reps Competition. He is also part of the 400lb+ category
with a 404lb Pull up at 202 BW.
